Some day I'll get them back and I'll post some for you to see.

Today is not that day.

Some day I'll also be better about blogging regularly... some day when my life after work consists of more than cleaning up dog poop followed by horse poop.

I'm not sure when that day will come...

Advice for the Bride to Be Tip 3

Don't assume your dress has a bustle.  Even when the salesperson tells you that, "This is how it will look when you bustle it." and "We'll show you how to bustle it at your last fitting." or when they don't ever ask you if you want one put in.

Little did I know most wedding gowns don't come with bustles put in them-- not sure how they thought I would know.  It's not like I buy wedding dresses regularly!

Just ask (before you purchase) so you know for sure and then ask for the fee to put one in so you can budget that.

Advice for the Bride to Be Tip 2

Don't wait until the day before the wedding to decide your music.  All of mine came from what I had on my computer-- luckily I only had to have three songs for our short and sweet wedding.  I did forget about picking a song to play while the bridal party walked in.  They ended up with Dance Tonight by Paul McCartney.  I walked in with Chris LeDoux's Look At You Girl.  We all exited to Little Big Town's Day Drinking.  Cuz we're classy like that.

Advice for the Bride to Be Tip 1

I keep thinking of random things that I wish someone would have told me before our wedding.  This is probably the #1 thing that keeps coming up.  So for all you brides to be, [Sammi] listen up!!

Practice your new signature!!

I'm pretty sure you can't even pretend to make out "Knoll" on the line I signed on our marriage license... whoops.
